The All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate in the coming 2023 elections, Bola Tinubu has reportedly met with the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye over his decision on the Muslim-Muslim ticket.
According to a source, the former Lagos State governor was accompanied to meet Adeboye with his wife, Senator Oluremi, who is a deputy pastor with RCCG, alongside others.
“He met Adeboye on Sunday. The meeting was very fruitful. Adeboye is not against Muslim-Muslim ticket,” the source said.
Meanwhile, Tinubu’s Media Aide, Tunde Rahman, could not be reached as of press time to confirm the development.
TG News had reported that Tinubu, a Muslim, has settled for a Northern Muslim as his running mate in the coming election.
