Tinubu’s Leadership Inspires National Resilience, Says Interfaith Coalition Co-Chairman, Kadzai

Engr. Daniel Kadzai, Co-Chairman of the Interfaith Coalition Conference and former Youth President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOUWICAN), has lauded President Bola Tinubu for fostering national resilience as his administration reaches its midpoint.

In a statement shared with our correspondent, Kadzai congratulated Tinubu on his second year in office, commending his bold reforms aimed at transforming Nigeria. He urged Nigerians to remain patient and consistent in supporting the administration’s efforts, emphasizing that leadership is a continuous journey requiring sustained commitment.

Kadzai highlighted the establishment of 22 specialized universities, now upgraded to federal status, as a landmark achievement. He noted that these institutions will shift the focus of Nigerian youths from seeking white-collar jobs to acquiring skills that address unemployment.

“These specialized institutions will drive research, innovation, and economic growth by training professionals in agriculture, science, and technology, enhancing Nigeria’s global competitiveness,” he said.

Describing Tinubu’s second year as a “season of harvest,” Kadzai pointed to the tangible benefits of economic reforms initiated in the administration’s first year. He credited policies such as fuel subsidy removal, foreign exchange system unification, and tax and financial sector reforms for stabilizing the economy and boosting investor confidence.

“We are seeing macroeconomic stability, increased non-oil revenue, and renewed private sector interest in gas, agriculture, transportation, and technology,” Kadzai stated.

He also praised key initiatives like the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Initiative, the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Development Fund, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, and efforts to enhance food security and revitalize manufacturing. These, he said, reflect a strategic, long-term transformation agenda.
