On Saturday, the serene town of Lamurde in Adamawa’s Southern Senatorial District was electrified as the who’s who of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gathered for a grand civic reception to honor Hon. Vrati S. Nzonzo, recently appointed as Executive Director, Planning and Design, of the Chad Basin Development Authority in Maiduguri, Borno State.
