Tribunal Judgment: Hon Shuaibu heads to court of Appeal to seek for redress

The judgment against the sitting member representing Mubi North in the state House of Assembly, Hon Shuaibu Dan musa Langa Langa to have forged a primary school certificate is not satisfiable by the Honourable lawmaker.

Dan musa of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has since headed to court of appeal to challenge against the verdict by Justice S Akambi, seeking for a redress to what he described “awkward” judgment against the fact on ground.

According to him the court of appeal will certainly authentic whether he does not have a genuine primary school certificate or not.

“This is just too unbelievable, how on earth at this 21st century that somebody like me to have not finish primary school and I’m parading myself with a fake school leaving certificate? No! It is very very impossible.

” I want to believe that there was a problem somewhere that gave the Court the reason to pronounce a judgement against the truth. But no withstanding in the court of appeal the truth shall be made known to all people to know that the judgment is never what the court said I’m. ” Musa said

In the judgement today the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Yola,the Adamawa state capital has nullified the election of the incumbent member,and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue certificate of returned to Suleiman Yahaya Vokna of PDP.

Musa has enjoined the people of Mubi North and his teaming supporters to calm down as he has confidence at the appeal court to give him a favourable judgment.

“It’s not yet over,until finally over, court of appeal will just do what is the needful and facts on ground to pass its judgment, just be patience and see the truth being manifest.” He added
