The Tinubu Support Group (TSG) has expressed profound grief over the passing of elder statesman and business icon, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata, describing his death as a monumental loss to Kano State, Nigeria, and the global Muslim community.


In a heartfelt statement issued on Saturday from the TSG Headquarters in Abuja, the National Director General, Dr. Umar Tanko Yakasai, extended condolences to the Dantata family, the Kano State Government, and the nation on behalf of TSG members, affiliated organizations, and supporters of President Bola Ahmad Tinubu in Nigeria and the diaspora.
Dr. Yakasai hailed the late Alhaji Dantata as a visionary leader, philanthropist, and towering figure in commerce and industry. “His passing leaves a significant vacuum that will be difficult to fill,” Yakasai said, emphasizing Dantata’s legacy as a humanitarian whose efforts uplifted countless Nigerians, particularly the underprivileged.

“Alhaji Aminu Dantata was a rare patriot whose wealth was dedicated to building lives, sustaining hope, and fostering national development,” the statement read. “His contributions will continue to inspire leaders, entrepreneurs, and people of conscience for generations to come.”
The TSG prayed for Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive the late statesman’s shortcomings and grant him Jannatul Firdaus.
