This evening the party”a Secretary on Labour and Civil Society, Mr Haniel Elon in a press statement he signed, and made available to this medium said after much consultation within and outside the party they have decided to endorsed Mr Peter Obi and his running mate,Ahmed Datti for the presidential election.

Elon in the statement said it’s only Obi and ticket is capable of bringing a new and a prosperous Nigeria with fresh air of breathing peace
“After much consultation with our party relevant stakeholders at the state and national level, we the Adamawa state Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Adamawa State have decided to support the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Mr Peter Obi whose election is coming this Saturday.
“The endorsement became very necessary because of the fact that, Obi/Datti ticket of Labor party remains good Nigerians to safeguard the corporate existence of this country which is at the verge of disintegration over primordial sentiments by callous politicians.
“Our finding further informed us as a party in the state that only the Obi/Datti’s ticket will revive the economy of the country that is comatose gasping for a survival air to breath. This is bringing unnecessary excruciating pains to innocent Nigerians.
“The SDP in Adamawa have also resolved among many issues of national interest to support the Obi/Datti ticket for a peaceful nation that was eluded of prosperity and unity of purpose .
“We have therefore decided to join in calling Nigerians to vote for this ticket on Saturday for the destiny of Nigeria to be secured and guaranteed for our generation get unborn.
“We want to call our members to take this as part of the decision of the party’s State Working Committee to canvass and vote for Peter Obi and his running mate Ahmed Datti.”
