The agreement, which was formalized in a ceremony attended by top officials from both parties, paves the way for UBA to establish a full-fledged banking operation in France.

The landmark agreement marks a major milestone in UBA’s strategic expansion plans, as the bank seeks to leverage its extensive network and expertise to tap into the vast opportunities presented by the French market. Speaking at the signing ceremony, UBA Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu, expressed his delight at the agreement, stating: “This agreement represents a significant milestone in our bank’s expansion strategy.
