The audio that went wild and viral credited to Alhaji Uba Dan’arewa who said he is a Chieftain of the Adamawa All Progressives Congress (APC) has attracted the wrath of the party.
Comrade Salihu Mustapha, the North East National Vice Chairman of APC granted an interview to this medium and revealed that Uba has stated his opinion in attempt to drag their party in the mud for no just reason .
He said Uba’s opinion is baseless with no iota of truth and he did that with no any other party member or stakeholder approval.
Salihu condemned the audio in strong terms which was heard by thousands of people. He said it is outrightly not the views of APC in Adamawa state, and party or any other shareholder because is never an official of the party.
You would recall in the audio that Uba had accused the vice President elect a man with the tendency of sabotaging Senator Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, President-Elect because of his involvement in the controversies that trailed the Adamawa Governorship election.
The national leader reiterated that he has concluded arrangement and set up a five Man committee that will verify and authenticate the audio credited to Uba Dan’arewa.
If truly he is the brain behind the audio, according to Mustapha he will face the party’s disciplinary committee for appropriate sanction
He told this medium that dragging Mallam Nuhu Ribadu’s name to his charade view is tantamount to a label crime because is never part of his childish behavior.
“I confirmed from Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, he condemned the audio in totality and said he didn’t send him or speak on his behalf for whatever purpose or political reason.
“As a party, we are also not part of his mess. We love Kashim Shetima and we are behind him hundred percent.” Salihu said
