UK polls: Labour leading, set for landslide victory, exit poll reveals

Keir Starmer’s opposition Labour party was on course for a landslide win in Britain’s general election Thursday, an exit poll showed, signalling the end of 14 years of Conservative rule.

The poll announced by several UK broadcasters suggested Labour would win 410 seats in the 650-seat parliament, with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s ruling Tories trailing on 131.
