Hon. Muhuyideen Abdullahi Umar, the newly elected Chairman of Kagarko Local Government area, has expressed his gratitude to the electorate for voting in favor of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the recent elections. In a live chat with journalists, Umar thanked Governor Uba Sani, the Deputy Governor, Kagarko elders, youths, and other stakeholders for their trust and confidence in him.

Umar outlined his administration’s key priorities, focusing on security, agriculture, education, health, and infrastructural development. He emphasized his commitment to fairness, transparency, and integrity, stating that his administration will be guided by these principles to achieve inclusive governance for all.
Umar called on stakeholders and political opponents to join forces with him in building a secured local government through collaboration and teamwork. “Election is over. So, it is a time for healing and unity,” Umar said. “I extend a hand of friendship to all political opponents… Let’s work collectively to ensure improved infrastructure, empowerment, quality healthcare services, agriculture, and security for a prosperous Kagarko of our dream.”

Umar and his running mate, Vice Chairman-Elect Mr. Titus Musa, pledged to listen to the people, harness their talents, and put Kagarko on the path of irreversible progress. “Pray for us, advise us, and give us the chance to deliver on our campaign promises,” Umar urged.
