We are still in APC- Adamawa lawmakers refuted

Two lawmakers in Adamawa State house of Assembly representing Jada Mbulo and Leko Koma constituencies,Alhaji Hammanjoda Umar Farang and Mr Saleh Thompson have refuted rumors making round town they have defected from All Progressives Congress (APC) to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)

The APC Lawmakers in a statement made available to State Assembly Correspondents in Yola, indicates that they have never attempted or discuss the issue of defection to any political party.

They also called on their teaming supporters to disregard the rumors going round and concentrate on mobilizing more people to President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Bindow and All party candidates in order to ensure the victory of APC at all levels.

The Members have also reaffirmed their loyalty to the leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC from ward to National levels. and they will continue to work towards ensuring the victory of the party in the fourth coming general elections.

According to them is a good leader they can team to bring to life everything in comatose state in the state.

In a related development the Leadership of the All Progressives Congress APC and elected councillors in Guyuk Local Government have distance themselves from the defection of the council chairman Mr Gabion Ngoroki from ruling All Progressives Congress to Peoples Democratic party PDP.

The Guyuk APC in a statement signed by its Secretary Mr Gslion Yaliga made available to newsmen in Yola disclosed that Mr Gebion Ngoroki has since left the party and pitched his tent in the opposition party in the last quarter of twenty seventeen and was actively involved anti party activities which they described it as betrayal of trust and confidence reposed in him.

According to the statement, the leadership of the ruling APC in Guyuk Local Government make a bold to state that the abandonment of the and recent defection of the council chairman has not in any way affected the strength of the party and will never affect it fortunes in the next coming general elections.

The statement added that the team of strong and committed stakeholders remained resolute in support of the party and Governor Muhammad Umaru Jibirilla led adminstration in Adamawa state.
