Chairman, House committee on foreign Affairs,Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub,commiserated with all those who lost loved ones and properties in the recent insurgency attacks at Garkida and other parts of his Constituency.
Buba in a Press Statement while condemning the attacks on the easy- going and hardworking people of Garkida,is re- assuring the people him,alongside leaders at the different levels of the political ladder,shall continue to do their best to ensure that the issue of insurgency is permanently routed out of the country.
He said Garkida Community is one of the most peaceful in his Constituency but on recent times being attacked by Boko Haram remnants.
Yusuf who is the Member representing Gombi/ Hong Federal Constituency said is Persuaded that the recent upsurge in insurgent activities remain the dying struggles of a spent force.
“I call on our people to remain strong and resolute in the face of all that is happening.Surely,we shall overcome.” Buba said
