… RPA ask of Wike’s replacement from Rivers
A group under the auspices of Rivers Progressive Alliance (RPA) has described the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barr Nyesome Wike as a political liability to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is more of a dignifying horse kicking to die.
The group in a Press conference in Abuja said it was a gross mistake for Tinubu to embrace Wike who battered his political image with a lot of rascality and radicalism.
Mr . Raymond Chibuke while addressing journalists Said Wike is becoming a political monumental failure because of his arrogance in fighting even the fingers that fed him in politics.
The group described the current situation of the FCT Minister as a political liability to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a ton of burdens that will drag him down in his future political plans.
They worried that Wike was creating enemies as the current Minister of FCT with his arrogant policies in the name of physical infrastructural development.
“He is busy revoking the contract of International Conference Center (ICC) maintenance while the laces like the Federal Secretariat, and Women Development Center are becoming delipidated for lack of maintenance.
“ICC will be more of a ruined place if the government can not have a good company to manage the place. By the way why the hurry to revoke a contract when the agreement is not ended with the other company? They asked
The group further revealed that Wike has parted ways with so many people in Rivers State who brought him to the limelight in politics like Peter Odili, and Rotimi Amaechi are now his archenemies.
According to them the essence of the press conference is to draw the attention of Tinubu to be wary of the FCT Minister before he drips him down in the murky waters of his dirty politics.
They called on the All Progressives Congress (APC) critical stakeholders to advise Tinubu to replace Wike with someone more decent and hardworking from River State.

They also cautioned Wike to stop insulting elder statesmen like Peter Odili who mentored him in Politics and Former President Yakubu Gowon who is a true nationalist and old enough to be his Father.
The group which is a coming together of passionate Riverians whose fighting spirit is for freedom and ensure democracy takes the lead in the Nigerian political system.
“For this, we can go to any length to stop those that do not want the unity of River State, we are ready to fight anyone that is against good governance and ensure the rule of law takes full control in the leadership of the country.
“We are going unhindered, no one will stop us from defending the defenseless and support any government that is for the people and people for the government.” Chibuke Said
They however commended the River State Governor, Mr Siminalayi Fubara for shaking off the dust godfatherism in River State.
They said the garment of domination he pulled off to be free from the shackles of Wike’s political rascality in trying to use him to build his political empire and dynasty is what Riverians will ever live to celebrate him.
They advised Fubara never to give into fear because Wike has been a serial betrayal since the inception of his political career.
The group alleges that the former River State Governor (Wike) has betrayed Peter Odili, Rotimi Amaechi, and many others and he should be afraid of betraying him.
They vowed to support Fubara to any length because he was duly elected and the masses are with him.
