A Yahoo boy who reportedly hit jackpot in one single outing has become a talk of town within the immediate community in Ungwam Boro in Sabon Tasha, Chikun LGA of Kaduna state.
The young fellow (name withheld) vacated father’s house and hired a two rooms apartment and spent the sum of N3 million equipping it with latest state-of-the-art furniture including brand new plasma TV set, DSTV with limitless viewing times, amongst other essential interior decor such as room theatres.
Compound neighborhoods who revealed the information said colleagues and female guests have turned the residents of the boy to a Mecca of sort, trooping in and out at all odds hours to catch fum.
Several other Yahoo boys have reportedly taken over Sabon Tasha areas and occupied most residential hotels accommodation available and make them as but their permanent house, living in it for days, weeks and most time for months with their concubines.
A particular hotel (name withheld) for security reason, has been turn to a school for teaching and learning of Yahoo boys. It’s however difficult to ascertain whither all the girls seen hovering around them are for fun or for incorporation and training as Yahoo girls. Only time shall tell.
Four days ago, the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Kaduna Zonal Command, arrested 23 suspected internet fraudsters in the state, while some were jailed in the past.
