Adamawa state governor, Senator Muhammadu Umar Jibrilla Bindow has stated that the magnificent Yola International Hotel is more than 65% complete.
The governor who made the disclosure, Tuesday, when he visited the hotel to supervise the ongoing work at the site.
According to Bindow, it is important for his administration to device strategic means of revenue generation to make up for the dwindling economy in the country.
“We are not just constructing roads but also devicing ways to improve our revenue base. The long abandoned Yola International Hotel if completed will boost our revenue generation and create employment for our people.”
“There is no better time to provide more jobs for the people of Adamawa and dig more ways of revenue generation like now”
“We will continue to do our best to make Adamawa state a better place for its people and we shall at all times be open to new and better ideas and initiatives”.
Bindow then thanked the good people of the state for their continued support and cooperation, assuring them of his administration’s continued stride towards good governance.
