A business tycoon and an Adamawa State senior politician who was a Gubernatorial candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Chief Emmanuel Bello was in awe of shock when he heard the breaking news of Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim, Yobe State former Governor.
Bello in a Press Statement mourned the former Senator until his death a Man who was completely Humble, sane, and honest throughout his Public life.
According to Bello, Bukar was of the Late Aminu Kano ‘school of Thought’, an excellent breed and satisfied with whatever comes his way in Life.
Bello mourned that he received with mixed feelings and shock the news of passing unto Glory of Bukar, his friend and Brother HE Bukar Abba Ibrahim the former Governor of Yobe state, Former Chairman of Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Borno State, Foundation member of the Labour Party in Nigeria under Late Comrade Paschal Bafyau and first Chairman of our Northern Caucus.
Beĺlo who is the Dan Iya Garkida eulogized Bukar to have exhibited the marxirian spirit of good leadership, composed, and discipline while the Governor of Yobe state.
“Since then I have continued to admire and respect democrat of repute in the Nigerian Political arena. May his soul find the entrance to Aljanatul Fidausi through the mercy of Allah and the prayers of his family and friends. I will surely miss you, my Friend.
