At a joint press conference held at the historic Arewa House in Kaduna on Monday, the groups hailed Governor Sani’s unprecedented investment in infrastructure, describing it as “a revolution in inclusion, mobility, and economic revival.”

According to the organisations, the governor has initiated over 78 road projects covering 775 kilometres in under two years—an achievement they said reflects “visionary leadership anchored on people-first development.”

“Twelve key urban roads have already been completed and commissioned,” said Mallam Yusuf Ibrahim, Convener of the Northern Accountability League, citing projects such as the Garba Ja Abdulkadir Road, Water Intake Road, Sultan-Surame Road, Bissau Road, and several strategic township roads in Unguwan Muazu, Kawo Layout, and others.

“These roads are not mere concrete—they are arteries of opportunity, inclusion, and social justice,” added Khadija Mohammed of ULEPSA.

The groups also praised Governor Sani for extending development to long-neglected rural communities. Highlighted projects include the 21.7km Anchau–Gadas–Palla Road, 18km Sanga–Jema’a Road, 10.2km Dan Makwarwa–Hunkuyi Road, and the transformative 35km Gadan Gayan–Gwaraji–Kujama Junction Road.

Others such as the 21km Kasuwan Magani–Wusar–Gwaraji Road and roads in Soba, Igabi, Chikun, and Kajuru LGAs were commended as “proof that equity is finally being restored to the grassroots.”

Calling on federal authorities and international partners to support Kaduna’s infrastructure push, the groups hailed Governor Uba Sani as “a builder, unifier, and visionary leader steering Kaduna towards peace and prosperity.”
