The Honourable Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission (NPA) from Adamawa State, Dr. Clifford T O Zirra, FCPA was honored with the Award of Excellence by the Association of Northern Nigeria Students in Yola.
The event which took place at the federal secretariat conference hall on Wednesday decorated Zirra as a good Ambassador of the State anywhere he goes.
The association is a coalition of students studying in different universities in the nineteen northern states surprised Zirra today.
While presenting the award, the described as one of the forthright Man NPC is a fortune to have as one of its officials even at a time like this when the commission is on the serious task of making sure a successful census is carried out.
They extolled Zirra as a first-class Adamawa-born NPC official from his first degree to his Ph.D. degree and is doing in both the public and private sectors.
