Sunny Sylvester Moniedafe (Jagaban Jimeta) mourns the sudden passing away of the former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service on Wednesday, 26th January, 2022.
According to him the People of Adamawa have been thrown into a state of mourning as the 26th of January, 2022 was described as a dark day by the Jagaban Jimeta as a result of the passing away of Alhaji Hamman Bello Ahmed (Kojoli) OFR, former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
Jagaban Jimeta Sunny Sylvester Moniedafe described the death of Alhaji Ahmed as a great loss to the entire people of Adamawa and the country at large.
He recalled his philanthropic lifestyle, as well as his constant wise counsel.
According to Chief Sunny Sylvester Moniedafe, Ahmed’s death has been shocking. The death is one too many.
While condoling with his family and the people of state he prayed for the soul of the former CG to have the best place in Aljannatu Fidausi. He lived for God and rendered services to humanity throughout his lifetime.
